Refund policy

Due to the customized nature of the items created at altered. returns are not allowed unless there is fault on the part of the company. No orders may be cancelled once placed. Items must be returned for refund or replacement unless otherwise stated. Altered. will provide a shipping label for the return and item will be refunded or remde upon receipt.

Items damaged in transit are not the responsibility of altered. If your item is damaged we will provide you with the insurance information available for you to process a claim through the appropriate party.

Shipping is a flat rate shipping charge of $6.00 per order for the first item and one additional dollar for each item after that. Free shipping will automatically apply at checkout for orders of $100.00 or more. Turnaround time for shipping orders is 4 weeks from date of purchase.
